I Anjan Bhushan, son of Sri Arjun Prasad, date of birth January 28th, 1974,birthplace – Patna,Bihar, resident of 292/C, Road number 1,Ashok Nagar, Ranchi, Jharkhand,India,Pin-834002, marital status-divorced, hereby declares that in event of my death

1. All my properties and asset in any form should be distributed to Government of Bihar, India and Government of Jharkhand, India. Share of government of Bihar would be 60% and share of Government of Jharkhand would be 40%.

2. Properties and assets should include but not limited to land, bank accounts, home, share in company/companies I am/was associated with in any point in time, mutual fund, domains I own (for example vigour.com-whois of vigour.com). If this is not exclusive list it should cover any other asset I may have in any capacity.

3. My ex-wife Deepshikha should not get any penny out of my asset as we got divorce with mutual consent. Full and final payment of alimony was paid to her for the amount of eleven lakh rupees as is mentioned in divorce decree. Link of copy of divorce decree

4. Government of Bihar and Jharkhand may only use acquired assets for infrastructure, Power, education, health and IT for masses programs.

5. Vigour Solutions Incorporated, was a company I owned in past. I dissolved the company on August 22, 2005. At the time address of company have registered office address at 7 TULIP DR APT 1G,FORDS, NJ-08863. EIN of the company was 52-2368550 and NJ business ID of the company was 0400013682 .I was sole officer in company with no other member in any form was associated with it. link of company status. Any asset that is found that belong to the company, as in any form, is part of the WILL as well.

6. This will should supersede any nomination I may have made in any form (bank or otherwise) before August 18,2011.

7. I have also lived previously at (not exclusive list) and my active or inactive bank accounts might have one of these addresses if not the current address
